Electrician Northern Quarter
Electricians serving the Northern Quarter and Manchester city centre. Domestic, commercial and emergency call-outs.
The Northern Quarter is mostly converted Victorian warehouses and mill buildings, now split into flats, studios, bars and independent shops. The wiring underneath a lot of these conversions is a mix of eras depending on when the building was last done up, so no two jobs look quite the same.
We do a lot of work for the bars, cafes and independent retailers here, from lighting installs to full commercial rewires when a unit changes hands, alongside the residential side in the flats above and around them.
If you're taking on a unit here for a new business, it's worth getting an EICR done before you sign rather than after, since exposed brick and old warehouse wiring can hide more than a quick look suggests.
